Showed a client three beachfront properties. The luxury real estate market on 30A, Miramar Beach, and Destin is brutal. I had to personally vet two different private rooftop decks to ensure the sunset view over the Gulf was perfectly unobstructed. It is a heavy burden, but I do it for my clients.
